Dr Lockhart is the BEST Dr I’ve ever had! He does pain management like no other. I highly recommend him!
Doctor Dewayne Lockhart is one of the best Pain Management Doctors around SWFL. I have been getting treatments by him now going on two years. He has the best and friendliest staff and they all go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and Patient satisfaction. I would highly recommend anyone to him.
