This Art of Living Cupertino Center and Art of Living practices have changed my life! I am so very grateful for the practices (asana, pranayama, meditation) and the supportive community! This is a vibrant community of people who gather together for group follow-up practice sessions, for bhajan satsangs (singing and dancing), for knowledge satsangs (amazing wisdom series with videos of discourses by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar), and for service (seva) projects! Wonderful place to learn Yoga, Meditation, Breathing Techniques and the Sudarshan Kriya. Also nice to meet people from different backgrounds and different cultures who come together to practice Yoga.
The Art of living center of Cupertino is super awesome. I had started my practice 2 years back and I am really excited to tell you the changes are amazingly positive. This center is very active in terms of Sudarshan Kriya (Long kriya) follow up, Introductory sessions, Rocking satsangs, Guru Puja. There are initiatives for charity work also. What I like most is the "Enlightened people". This community is a great source of help, happiness and compassion. Please do visit this center if you haven't.
