My wife and I were very pleased with the entire process. Janet took out all the work. We didn't really do too much except look at houses, choose the one we wanted, and signed paperwork. It was very easy for us. We would both recommend Janet.
Would not ever recommend this realtor. She clearly only looks out for her own pocket book and disregards the rules and regulations of the real estate industry. I attempted to view a property she had listed and I was informed that I was unable to view the property because the bank had already accepted an offer. The house I was interested in was short sale approved and Janet stated that the property manager required she list it for 7 days.
