I have suffered from a seasonal cough every year at the beginning of autumn and again in spring. I just accepted it as hay fever. Early last year I was extremely unwell with a cough that wouldn’t go away. I went to have acupuncture at Art of Health Penshurst and began taking chinese herbs twice a day for several weeks.
