I came in For just a cut, was told i needed a 300 dollar color before (told me close to my natural color but ended up being 3 shades lighter and cool toned even though I'm warm toned). Did not ask about any allergies and put a product I was allergic to on my head. Didn't tell me what they were doing through the process just told me where to sit.
