They have a good selection and staff is great but the prices are just not worth making the trip in. There are too many other places you can go now that have a similar selection And better prices.
Best place to go for a huge selection of picture frames. Also have one of the best collection of art supplies. Always a coupon you can download online too!
Great option of photo and wall frames. They also offer custom framing and art supplies. They have great sales.
Good place to go if you need quality art supplies or frames. They can also accommodate custom framing but this can get expensive.
My husband and I recently went to your Brentwood store and left very irritated. While the sales staff was very pleasant, the prices you ask for framing ar outrageous! I had a 16x24 oiled family portrait I wanted framed. They wanted $1038, more than double what I paid for all my photography setting and prints! My husband is a woodworker and has knowledge of lumber and material pricing, and the materials maybe amounted to $100. Lousy customer service. The woman at the cash register was so busy BS ing witha co worker that she couldn't even get all my purchases in the bag. I drove over an hour to reach this store and when I got home I found that she had not bagged my expensive sable paint brushes. I was told by my college teacher that Aaron Bros gave a student discount. The woman at Aaron Bros said she knew nothing about a student discount. Plan ahead and buy online. Not only was I not greeted by any of the customer service reps but a seemingly disgruntled employee named James made rude, billigerent comments when I asked him a simple question about my purchase. After waiting unacknowledged in the custom framing department for more than 10 minutes, I asked James if he could hand me my previously paid for order (which was at arms reach).
