Not only was I not greeted by any of the customer service reps but a seemingly disgruntled employee named James made rude, billigerent comments when I asked him a simple question about my purchase. After waiting unacknowledged in the custom framing department for more than 10 minutes, I asked James if he could hand me my previously paid for order (which was at arms reach).
