I'm writing this review on behalf of my wife, who had an extremely unpleasant experience at Art of Eyebrows today(07/14)around 5:20 PM EST. The staff member who served her was dismissive and rude throughout the interaction. Despite my wife clearly explaining what she wanted, the employee made only two minor adjustments before abruptly saying “That’s it”, refusing to listen further. I went in to get my eyebrows threaded & i told her just to clean them up, i feel like she made them too thin and my whole face has changed now. And then after i paid she pointed to the “ we appreciate cash tips” and said i have no cash and still pointed. Not going back
I love this place, they never miss and I've been coming here for a few years at least, thank you for what you do!!
Showed up on Monday 11/25/24 @ 11:50 am and they were closed. I’d had my eyebrows done here 2 other times and they did a good job on my brows but the customer service wasn’t great. Just wished they would consistently be open.
Got my eyebrows waxed and she did a great job
