In 2013, Art of Engineering (Scott ******) provided engineering services for our addition / remodeling project. Scott missed two of our first three scheduled meetings. Later, there were periods when Scott returned neither phone calls nor emails. Scott asked me to take my project prospectus, which was clearly not a set of plans, to Regional Building to ask what I would need to get approval. Mr. *****' needs were well handled by my associate and at design costs that were very good given the complexity of his requests. Aside from rescheduling the first meeting, I did not miss any appointments that I had agreed to be at. As for the earth tubes, an idea Mr. ***** found on the internet, I did do some calc's and he and I talked about the concept.
