I don’t recommend this office to anyone. it’s very bad they charge the credit card without telling me and i have insurance. and no Dr there only physician assistant .
I haven’t visited this office because I was sick and couldn’t make it to my appointment. I called and tried to reschedule, but was told that I could do a video call so I wouldn’t be charged $100 missed appointment fee. I asked how that would work since it’s a 6 month mole check, and that I often have moles biopsied at these appointments. Receptionist said she didn’t know, and that she’s just giving me my options which are to show up to the office sick, do a video call appointment, or be charged $100. Not properly, just disclosing certain things until the person is in your office for their service is false advertising, and a waste of peoples …By law, unless you have billed insurance and there’s a payment due, I am not entitled to give you a form of payment as an initial customer. That’s what my insurance is for and I’m also entitled to have a copy of those Services mailed me or emailed or HANDED TO ME for a review prior to making any payments on any bills that I received for medical purposes. Terrible place. Waste of time. They didn’t have any service available. No doctor either. Only one physician assistant who wanted to get rid of me ASAP
