Very professional. Check in was easy. Got in and seen on time of my appointment. Took care of all issues
First time visit. Everyone was very friendly, and Dr. Bernstein was not rushed and thorough. Nice experience.
Called before went to see if they took my insurance which is Florida Blue, and they said yes. Went over there Three times and asked them again if I was covered by my insurance and, they said yes, again. got a bill yesterday charging me the entire $267 and they took the money from my bank without my consent. This is unfair because would've looked for Someone else that took my health insurance. Unfair business practices!.
This dermatology practice has been a nightmare to deal with. They have never submitted a single claim to my correct insurance, despite me providing my updated insurance ID twice. Instead, they are racking up charges against me, over a grand and sent me to collections. They don’t even send bills by mail. I’ve not received one. I had a wonderful experience with this office, but I cannot, in good conscience recommend this facility to anyone. Nearly a month ago a charge for about $200 was taken out of my checking account from this office. I had no outstanding charges nor had I seen them in months. Come to find out everyone with my insurance had some mysterious amount taken from their accounts for a mysterious reason.
