The Art of dermatology location in Naples was a great patient experience. I was referred to this location by my Primary Care Physician and the location was easy to find. While there was not much specific information on the practice or the provider I would see; the process from admittance to seeing the doctor was smooth if you're comfortable filling out all the information online. There’s a reason why every other dermatology office is booked up the next Six weeks and this place you can basically walk right in. Terrible bedside manner. The “doctor” came into the office, barely looked at my thing on my leg. I call it that thing on my leg because she didn’t tell me what it was. Art of Dermatology is a great place, the staff and the doctors are wonderful. Just beware of the billing offices. They do not pick up calls. You call wait holding 15 min to 20 minutes and then it hangs up on you. I called 3 times on one day just to speak to someone about my bill and no answer. I called on Thursday, Friday and on a Monday and no way to communicate with a billing representative. Also left a message with the operator she promised someone would call. No one ever called.
