Billing Concerns - I have been trying to resolve a billing issue for the last 3 days, and after 4 phone calls, I am still unable to get it resolved. I've been told that a "manager" will contact me back each time I call - they never call back. I was erroneously charged over $240 for a 5-10 minute visit, taken out of the card they require you to have on file with them, and have not been able to receive an explanation of the charges.
