This company is very challenging to deal with. The company they contracted to do all of their scheduling and billing is a nightmare and you can never reach the office directly. I called three times last week to reschedule my appointment and waited on hold for 10-15 minutes then they would pick up and the call disconnected right away. Originally when I went in for my scheduled appointment the staff was friendly and seemed attentive and professional. The doctor and her assistant were thorough and pleasant. After my excision was removed for testing I was told a couple prescriptions would be available at the pharmacy. There was not any conversation of the type of medication it would be, however I figured it would be helpful. I picked it up thinking the prescriptions would be helpful with the pain. Scam artist. I'm a single mother my child receives Medicaid insurance. They said that they took the insurance and a month later took almost 500 dollars out of My account. Instead of calling me to let me know that insurance didn't Go through they took my whole check. I don't get food stamps to feed my kids. Now I have nothing. Receptionist should do their job and call the patient if there's any problems with insurance instead of taking everything they have. Absolutely ridiculous.
