BUYER BEWARE! I ordered an expensive brow lamination kit through their official website. The day I received the order I checked the items in the box. I noticed it was missing step #2 for the lamination service. Without step 2 you can’t do a service and that is the whole point of buying the kit. I received two step #3. I called the number on the website left a voicemail, texted the other number it listed for text message contact, emailed them with photos, and went on Instagram. I’m sure this is gonna be taken down because there’s no negative reviews. I was excited for my experience and didn’t think I’d get a panic attack. But I did. Julie kept yelling at me because I couldn’t stay still. Once I mentioned I was fighting thru a panic attack her attitude was nothing less than irritated. I’m sure she isn’t aware of how severe they can be. But I already am embarrassed by my panic attacks. And she sure did dismiss me right after. I have been looking for someone to get my brows done and I came across Gabriela and her team. She did an amazing job! She and her team were very welcoming and professional. Gabriela explained the process very well and made me feel comfortable. After getting my eyebrows done I loved them so much that it made me take her training! And yet again she did not disappoint. I loved my training and I loved my eyebrows! Check this place out guys! You will not be disappointed
