Rickey (The owner) pulled a no show/no answer. I drove almost 1 hour for a haircut and he wasn't there. The barber who was there told me to call him. (Why should I have to call you for an appointment that was booked online?). He didn't respond to my text or call when I was sitting in the shop. Unprofessional isn't the word..... 3 days later. Never responded

Pulled up to the shop to find no one there, no working phone and no website to book an appointment smh
Unprofessional. I walked into this establishment today a little bit after 9 a.m and no one was present at the store. If you are going to say that you open up at 9 in the morning, someone should be present at the shop. The door was locked and no one answered from behind after knocking. People have limited time, and if you claim that your store is open at a certain time then someone should be there at that given time. I was unable to get a cut here and had to go elsewhere.
