My son and I visited the shop for the first time Saturday and were disappointed by the environment, lack of communication and tardiness. The owner's kids were running around, and throwing hair and misc items on customers and touching customers (me). My appointment was at 1:30 and we left at 2:00 due to the hairdresser being 30-min late. Definitely won’t be back there - which is upsetting as I was hoping to have a better experience.

I visited the shop and was disappointed by the environment. The owner's kids were behaving disruptively, running around, and even spitting and throwing water from the sink on customers. The braiders were drinking while working, and the shop was dirty. The service took 10 hours, and overall, I wouldn't recommend or return to this shop.

Here lies one of my $300 waist length “small” boho braids. The third one that I’ve had come out actually The quality of their work has declined so much from when they first started. I have slightly longer than shoulder length hair, and I am familiar with braid aftercare, braids should not just slide out. Also the little boy that they have there is loud. I always ask for the same style and have been coming here for years because of how well it was done in the past. This time, though, the quality wasn’t the same. My hair was cut shorter than expected, the parts were uneven, and the sizing wasn’t what I asked for. It was disappointing, especially since I’ve consistently requested the same thing every visit.
