This place does great work in terms of polish and design, but they are not sanitary. Every time I go, they pull tools like the cuticle nipper out of their pockets. Afterwards they just wipe it with alcohol. As someone who works in healthcare, this concerns me. It’s not required by law to use heat/pressure (autoclave) to sanitize, but regardless, they don’t sanitize well enough at all. There seems to be some tools in there but it’s never the ones they use. My daughter and I have beeb here a few time in the last two months and we enjoyed their service.
I just had my first visit to Art Nail Spa. It was clean, quiet, and spacious. I saw Laura who took a lot of care with my gel manicure; I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she recreated the design beautifully. She also did an excellent job with my eyebrows.
