I will not be returning. I purposely scheduled my appointment for 8:30 AM so I could leave no later than 1 PM. Unfortunately, I wasn’t finished until 4:40 PM....nearly eight hours later. What should have been a simple takedown, wash, and closure install turned into an all-day ordeal that completely derailed my Saturday. I had an amazing experience at this salon. From walking in I felt relaxed. My stylist was quick and efficient and from booking my appointment to the end of service was seamless. I would highly recommend this salon for anyone in the DMV and Maryland area. What stood out to me is that the stylist here truly value the customers experience. I will for sure be back.
