I took my car in to the service department a couple weeks ago and had to get a rental car. They told me it would take a couple days. That turned into 5 days and that's only because I called and told them I want my car back. I took it in again to get my tires replaced. They said bring it in before 8am and it would take a couple hours. I had to call them at 2pm and it still wasn't done.
