I have called this company twice...not very helpful and poor customer service. The first time I called, I thought I was hung up on do to the gentleman putting me on hold without saying anything...called back and they were unable to assist me with my alterations. Called yesterday to just have my wedding dress pressed to get wrinkles out and was told they don't just press, it would HAVE to be dry cleaned and they told me no one in the area would ONLY press...I found another local company that would in fact only press and they ... read more
RecommendedMy son got his Homecoming Court tuxedo through Art Imig’s, and they went above and beyond to make sure he was fitted perfectly!!! The people were professional, helpful, and so nice! He’s our 6th son, and speaking from experience, other places were NOT always this accommodating and pleasant to work with!
Dominic and I worked with Anna to order Groom and Groomsmen suits for our wedding on 8.11.18. The service was exceptional and everything turned out great! Joseline did the alternations on my bridal gown and it was absolutely perfect! Both Anna and Joseline were a pleasure to work with and provide high class service. Thanks again for everything you did to help make our wedding perfect!
I visited many times and each experience is consistently amazing. Anna and Jake are always very welcoming and helpful. They do NOT pressure you to make a purchase like other suit providers and they honestly try to help you into the best suit for you not just the most expensive. Their quality is superior to many other providers and the environment is laid back and fun! I will continue to come back!
