Nicola is the absolute sweetest! Her Art and Mindfulness class really captures the meditative aspects of engaging with art and she encourages her students to allow creativity to come without structure or judgement. Nicola creates such a relaxing atmosphere :)

Nicola is a generous and kind spirit who loves sharing her artistic gifts with others.We used different types of art media to create take home art pieces while listening to beautiful soothing music. Classes start with a poetry reading or a mindfulness meditation that creates a stress free , no-judgement and creative atmosphere in the class. I will continue to take more classes with Nicola.
