They start your pedicure off dry, as in no pre soak, and start cutting your nails. (Gross) They use tools that are not new for each customer, they’re just “cleaned” in between customers. And the gel mani I received while getting a pedi was horrible. See photos. I informed her that I had already trimmed my nails and shaped them but she trimmed them even shorter for some reason and gave me a lumpy gel mani.
