Art is so kind and thoughtful - you can tell he really cares about the service he is providing in his community! He was helping a neighbor and when I mentioned we were having a similar problem, he helped us out immediately afterwards and took the time to explain what happened and any next steps we could consider for future prevention. The initial problem ended up being more complex than we thought but he persevered and made sure that everything was taken care of before leaving so we weren’t stuck with half a solution.
These guys are very courteous and professional, and they arrived same day, and got it done quickly.
Art is absolutely wonderful. He picked up my call at 7:30 PM on a Friday evening. And walked me over the phone to fix my problem that I had called at least five other companies throughout the day to figure out. He is brilliant. And he refused to take any money from me because he just did it over the phone. I would highly recommend hiring him if you’re looking for an electrician. I know I have his number saved on my phone now.
Art helped us with a new heater in the kitchen. It’s perfect and he was so kind and responsive.
Great and dynamic team who are fast and professional. Easy to schedule and meet us where we are at, even offering to FaceTime through issues instead of charging for a visit when possible.
