One of the best bike shops I have ever set foot in. Art and his staff are fantastic. They have spent hours with me answering any and all questions I can think of. This is what a bike shop should be. Service is second to none. Great lineup of bikes. Small town feel. (and Stone Tap right down the street doesn't hurt either). I drive 40 minutes to make this my "local" shop.
Brought my bike in a week before Christmas for a warranty repair. Multiple staff went beyond the call of duty to communicate with the manufacturer to ensure warranty was completed in record time. Highly professional staff and top notch service!

Hands down some of the best customer service I've ever received. Every time I leave the shop I'm impressed. It's the type of shop you feel like you want to stop in just to hang out with the staff. Most recently, I brought my bike in for a quick derailleur adjustment. This led to diagnosing a missing tooth on one of my cogs, which led to a derailleur hanger that inadvertently snapped in two.
