Horrible service. The individual was disrespectful, hardheaded, and unwilling to listen. I took my work van in to have the trailer connection fixed because it was activating the brakes on my dump trailer. He insisted that I bring in the trailer, even though the issue was clearly not the trailer. The same trailer works perfectly fine on my other truck. I couldn't wait to get home and give my review! This man is Greatness definitely went over and beyond, i have bought many trailer axles and nothing but promises and issues, as soon as I put the axle on that Art made to fit for me, i felt the difference and no DogTailing like other axles I've purchased.. I cant thank you enough Art it was certainly a great experience and a pleasure as well to meet you and will definitely be referring many in the Hotshot Bussiness to him, and I will add that the prices are SMOKEN!!

Art found the part! I went to multiple parts and trailer repair shops in Modesto looking for axel seals for my boat trailer. They searched their computers without any luck. I heard about Art and he looked at the old seal and hub and said “I’ve seen these before, let me make some phone calls.” Two days later I had my seals and my boat is ready for fishing again. Thanks Art! Couldn’t have done it without you.

I had my wheel bearings replaced on a boat trailer, quoted a price of $150. When it was said n done he wanted $200 because of all the grease that some other incompetent business packed in there, at the time I thought that was fair, less than two years later I had bearing issues changed the right n two weeks later changed the left n part of the bearing roller was inside the wheel hub. Both of the bearings that I took out had all the rollers intact. My advice is to learn how to do yourself. Parts races included $80
