No, I’ve been there twice and the first appointment was with Dr Deon. I’m not surprised to hear others have similar reviews as it’s true - especially when the service is compared. I’d prefer to be anonymous to avoid any trouble. Thanks for your response though, you should have a private conversation with his assistant to see how clients generally react during the session. Doctors should be able to read discomfort from their patients.

I had a disappointing experience during a recent cleaning appointment with Dr Deon. When the X-ray bite tab was placed, it was done quite roughly and ended up scratching the roof of my mouth. During the cleaning, it felt as if my bottom gum was being scraped too harshly—I eventually had to stop Deon and ask him to be more gentle. Unfortunately, my gums were bleeding on the way home, and the discomfort has continued into the next day. That said, I’m giving full stars thanks to the friendly and thoughtful admin staff.

Definitely not Dr. Deon, he has no consideration for the patient‘s feelings and comfort. I would recommend Dr. Sujitha, I’d rather to wake up 1 hour earlier to book with her again. The reception staff is always friendly and thoughtful.

교정유지장치가 조금 떨어져서 전화로 예약하고 방문했습니다. 영어를 잘 못하는데 리셉셔니스트분께서 친절하게 응대해주셔서 예약을 바로할 수 있었습니다. 예약시간에 맞춰 진료가 진행되었습니다. 제가 한국인인데 운이 좋게도 한국 의사선생님이 계셔서 의사소통에 어려움없이 진료를 받을 수 있었습니다. The end of my retainer had come off, so I called the clinic to make an appointment and visited. Although my English isn’t very good, the receptionist was very kind and helped me book an appointment right away. The treatment started on time. I’m Korean, and luckily there was a Korean dentist, so I was able to receive treatment without any communication issues.
