I'm a newer Real Estate agent and was referred to Ryan and his team to assist with an upcoming listing that I have. We needed interior ceiling paint, plus exterior wooden hand rail sanding and re-staining, along with pressure washing exterior surfaces. I cannot recommend Nielsen Painting highly enough. I hired them after experiencing what can only be described as a nightmare with a previous handyman who claimed he could paint my condo. He kept promising deadlines and pushing them back. When he finally said the job was “finished,” I was horrified. There were visible streaks on the walls, paint splatters everywhere ( including on my late mother’s small carpet, which they could have easily moved...and they stored random screws in her china cups.)
