Absolute nightmare! I hired Jan Brud for a simple bathroom remodel over a year ago and it is still not complete. Not only is the quality of his work terrible but did not properly install the shower floor tile so now water is seeping through and causing staining. He is now not responding to any form of communication. I have been forced to get a lawyer and will have to go to court. Beware!
