Wall Decor has beyond fantastic customer service. We ordered a chalk board. There was some damage when it arrived, and Wall Decor's customer was incredibly responsive and quick to resolve the issues- we had a new chalkboard the next day. We now have a lovely chalkboard that we have out front to welcome our guests. This company really stands by their work. Thank you!
I recently lost my aunt and wanted to have her photo printed on canvas for the funeral. I needed it quickly, so I placed an order online and gave them a call to explain my situation. The staff was incredibly respectful and compassionate — they waived the rush fee without hesitation and accommodated my order right away. It was ready for pickup at their office within two hours. The print quality and overall craftsmanship were outstanding. I highly recommend them.
Great staff, very pleasant. Framing is never inexpensive when done well, however, I got the best quote on a frame for a very large magazine cover poster I had made. The framing and transparent low glare protective plexiglass are high quality. I wanted plexiglass as it is less likely to break in the event of earthquake or drop. Recommended!
There is so many nooks and crannies to explore and frame options as well as custom work is superb
I have done 2 shadow boxes and 3 framed memorabilia projects and they did an amazing job on each. Meticulous care and customized to my exact needs. Will return!
