Dr Fullmer is amazing!
I've been going to Mark's office for years (when I have lived in Utah County). He does an awesome job! He is extremely personable and nice. His staff work hard and are probably the most friendly people around. The office is in Springville and has a real home town feel. I recommend Mark and his dental practice above the rest. I actually drive from American Fork to Springville just to go there.
Mark Fullmer, and the other dentists, are so good to take time to explain procedures and options. I have been going here for two decades!
While I have had good service with most staff and visit’s with Art City Dental, today was a different case. The problem was with one of the dentists and how he acted and treated my five year old boy. Dr Mark Fullmer has to be one of the most unprofessional dentists and people I have ever met. Today he was working on my son as I said who is 5. My sister called in tears with my 4 year old nephew screaming, Fullmer didn't prepare my 4 year old nephew at all for his fillings, and just started to fill them. No numbing, no pain control, nothing. My nephew started screaming, and Fullmer held his head down with his hand, and kept working telling him to be a big boy and not allowing my sister to comfort him in anyway. My sister called to explain her concerns, only to be told they will be passed along to Fullmer. Terrible! Is this really the dentist you want?
