Cari and Pauline - the building managers - are absolutely stellar. When you move into a place, you're always worried you'll get "that" landlord. Not here, folks. They are the best of the best. Living conditions are excellent, the apartments are virtually brand new, and the building culture is for the most part mellow. Great place to live.
They do care about their tenants. Cari i by far the Best leasing agent. Pauline is great too. I do agree the walls and ceilings are very thin. We do have nice tenants that live here. For the most part a great community.
Best managment team on the planet! Cari and Pauline are amazing and compassionate people. I love living here, the quality of the apartment is good. We are in a corner unit we have only heard our neighbors once and that's from a holiday party. They keep the halls, elevator and stairways clean. Thank you so much cari and Pauline for being amazing.
They never respond to texts or phone calls or emails even in the most desperate of times
