Initially I had given him 5 stars. I overlooked the cancelled appointments and non responses. He seemed to care about his clients. Then we closed and he completely changed. We started having one big issue after another. This was supposed to be a very easy move. Everything looked great, for the most part. We could overlook the nasty and disgusting way the home was left and he completely agreed that it was gross.
