Art is the best. Very honest, quickly identified the problem with the refrigerator (bad LG compressor). He said "Don't waste your time... 99% it's the compressor. Others will tell you they need to stop by and take a look. They'll charge you too... I'm telling you the truth and don't want to rip you off." "Even if the compressor is under warranty, the labor, parts, and materials will be over $1200. Go buy another fridge." Art thank you for being honest!
Art came out to check my Refrigerator, told me that I should buy a new one but he would fix it if I wanted. I decided to fix the refrigerator to save me time to look for a new refrigerator. Art fix it in reasonable time and it started up. I'll be calling them back if I have anymore issues with my appliance.
We had a malfunctioning refrigerator with ice maker making lots of noises. Called Art Appliance early this morning(since we had a great experience with them). They came 3 hours after. Atoor walked in and within seconds diagnosed the problem, and within 15 minutes, he was out the door. This sub-zero machine is working perfectly.
