We had a malfunctioning refrigerator with ice maker making lots of noises. Called Art Appliance early this morning(since we had a great experience with them). They came 3 hours after. Atoor walked in and within seconds diagnosed the problem, and within 15 minutes, he was out the door. This sub-zero machine is working perfectly. My grandma’s refrigerator stopped working, and the freezer was no longer keeping items cold. Everything was melting, but thanks to Art Appliance, everything was fixed within a few hours! I highly recommend Art for his exceptional service in fixing our water and ice dispenser in our Thermador refrigerator. The issue was quite challenging and required multiple visits, but Art went out of his way to help us. His professionalism, persistence, and deep knowledge is impressive, and his pleasant personality made the experience even better. Art came in, and within 15 minutes fixed the giant refrigerator leak I've been having. He only charged me the service fee, and didn't try to upsell me. That would have been easy - the refrigerator is 30+ years old. Thank you for an easy fix and transaction.
