I’ve been doing Authenticity therapy with Briana and While talking with her after just losing my job She suggested that we do a session of BSOTR therapy as well to help with some traumatic childhood memories. It helped SO MUCH I genuinely felt lighter, like a weight had been lifted off me after our session!
