Rating a 1 since a ZERO is not an option. Ordered anniversary flowers. Both time sensitive and an event where getting the order right is pretty important. The wrong flowers were sent. Pink roses replaced with some type of red hybrid flower. Even worse, they are sagging in less than 36 hours. We sent a customer service request on Saturday. No response through mid-day Monday. I highly recommend Art n Flowers for any of your Floral needs. I placed an order from out-of-state, they put the most beautiful arrangement together and delivered it within two hours. That is an amazing service, not to mention the exceptional quality of their flowers and arrangements.

Do Not Use these people. They are part of FTD and have been reported. They sell you a deluxe bouquet of something from FTD, then what is delivered is a handful of flowers, dying or dead stuck in a Medium size mason jar.. not even a ribbon attached. Someone’s child could have done this. They have not returned the 3 messages I left. Says they’re always open on their website… which makes me think there is no actual store.
