I wish I had read the reviews first. I placed an order on May 20th for same-day delivery as this is advertised all over the website. As of Friday, May 23, no action has occurred on my order. The e-mail contact does not work, the number on the website is invalid, and I had to leave a voicemail with the number provided by Google. My payment cleared despite no action taking place on the order and who knows if anything will happen with the order, so guess that's a lesson learned. I imagine I will not see a refund.

My sister ordered a floral arrangement through AvasFlowers.net, which was fulfilled by Arts and Flowers. She selected a large arrangement size, and the picture she based her order on was a small arrangement size. What was delivered was even worse—an undersized arrangement with older roses and several leaves floating in the water. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering! I spent over $300 and what came didn’t look like $300 at all. I asked for red ribbon or no ribbon and they sent blue yellow and pink ribbon on everything. I will not order here again.

Ordered a large table arrangement for Thanksgiving. We were very specific as to what we wanted: fall colors, no red roses and no candles. The arrangement arrived via a young girl who scurred off as soon as she handed the arrangement to us. The arrangement was half the size we ordered, had 2 candles in the middle and multiples of red roses and an additional 2 crumpled fake maple leaves. My friend sent me flowers and purchased the largest bouquet option for $120 and this is what I received. This isn’t even worth the $55 they wanted for the smallest option. Emailed and called with no response. Do not order flowers from here!!
