Ellen Brodsky charged us repeatedly up to twice the amount allowed by our GEHA dental insurance and even collected the dental insurance reimbursements due to us. GEHA attempted for almost a year to get us reimbursed for excessive billing and fraud. Ultimately, Ellen Brodsky was terminated by GEHA (i.e. removed from the provider's list) for breach of contract. Stay away from that dental office.

I have been going there for 11 years. Dr. Brodsky and Dr. K are great. Very detailed oriented. Some of the bad reviews on billing issues and appointments were corrected. I was frustrated, as well. All the people I yelled at no longer there (office manager guy and billing girls). You have to specify and request permanent dental hygienist when you make an appointment. Otherwise, you are assigned to a new person or temp (some were okay).

This USED to be a great practice, now if you are lucky there is even a dentist around..it's a new one every time. Even hygenists are brought in as temps. Don't go.

Not really much to say other than the fact that they showed up in my list of covered insurance carriers, they claimed I had great insurance and supposedly confirmed I was covered. Then went ahead and said oops sorry, u are not covered and charged me $400 bux for something that couldve been done for free anywhere else with my insurance. They are scammers. I even asked if we could work out a payment plan since they were totally in the wrong, have heard nothing.. I will be contacting my attorney
