ARSO was just what I needed. Judith Cooper found the root cause of my ankle pain rather than just treating the symptoms. Dr. Cooper assigned attainable activities for me to do during the sessions and issued clearly written and illustrated instructions for exercises I can do at home. Office staff is friendly and helpful. The office is clean and comfortable. I recommend ARSO rehab without hesitation.
I had issues with sciatica and was having difficulty walking, moving, just being active. I am a security officer and was scheduled to perform a 1 1/2 mile run. I informed Dr. Cooper what my issues were , and she focused on them and I was able to perform my run for my job. It took me about 4 months to get in shape to perform it
