Lol. Had an internet contact service provider call to verify my prescription. Arseneau Optical told them "they couldn't find it". So I called. They (Mary) then told ME it was expired "even though they had my name spelled wrong" Lol. I had my prescription the entire time. It expires on 4/18/18. Today is 3/1/18. They bold faced lied in an attempt to have me come in for a new exam. Pathetic ghetto garbage facility. Garbage!!!!!!!!!
The most ghetto eye place ive ever been to. Your in like a closet to do the first part of your exam next to a sink. They dont wipe shit down. There rude. The doctor has a can of lysol and some napkins. They dont sit you down to fit your glasses. Just pretty much oh u want those? Ok.. absolutely the worst place ever. I would not recommend them to anyone. Travel if you have to. Its like a whole in the wall.
I went for an eye appointment for glasses and then contacts a couple weeks later. The wait was too long, and they don't have a wide variety of glasses. I received my glasses slightly broken. The ladies working there are rude both to each other and the customers. I was told my contacts would be ready in 10-14 days and it has been 14 days and no call. I had just tried to call them but no answer. I will not be back
