Dr. Prechal was not wearing a mask while seeing patients. He asked me why I’m disabled, which is none of his business. He also rushed through the exam, I’m not even sure I’m going to get the right prescription. Then they over charged me and my insurance for my glasses. I should have paid $23.77 out-of-pocket and ended up paying $73. Even though I tried showing them my benefits letter from the insurance. This place is a scam!!
RecommendedI was very impressed how great they were today with me and my son! I spoke with Mary last night via msgr and she was amazing and got me in today after my sons appointment. I have severe anxiety and these ladies in the office were totally amazing and kind. The optometrist was a little iffy, but it could have just been me and my anxiety lol. All in all I give them 5 stars!!!
becuz a friend of mines is still waiting on contacts 3 months later. and manager Mary is never in office and will not handle this matter.
This has to be the worst place ever. First off, the staff is all unaware of what is going on. No communication amongst them. They take way to long to obtain your PAID FOR lenses. The manager Mary is NEVER available to help with issues and is always OUT OF OFFICE. Her response to everything is “well I wasn’t aware”. they don't get you in for appt. for like 6 months later. its ridiculous. their office is very small. microwave in the same room as the tonometer (that blows the air in your eye part of the exam). i got glasses, they were not right. then wanted the right glasses, and was told i had to pay for the next pair, even though they messed it up. they are not kid friendly At all either. unprofessional. and kinda ghetto. would not recommend this place

Dr. Prechal is extremely rude and unprofessional. His lack of character, and tact was displayed in an office visit today. My friend was treated like she was less than, and that is unacceptable. This is 2018 and people are still being treated like they are not people. I would NEVER bring my business to a place like this. I hope you don’t either.
Why do you guys tell us that our glasses wil be here in TWO WEEKS , When they don’t ? I been to see you guys February 1st , it MARCH 2nd! I Been calling and calling & even stopped in my For My Glasses TO STILL NOT BE HERE. It’s been a month so how MUCH Longer am I suppose to wait? Or you guys don’t know that either ?
