I made my appointment for my annual skin check on SR 70 as I checked out for my last skin check. On Monday I arrived for my appointment and was told my appointment was at the University office. I had the appointment paper at home for my appointment on SR 70. I was never contacted that my appointment changed locations. I had to reschedule and had Dr. Lago (who was very nice) and as I was checking out a patient wanted to check in and she was told she was at the wrong office.
