We had a very disappointing experience with this office. Although the Arsenault locations are much more convenient for us, I have decided to return to my daughter’s previous dermatologist. An appointment that was scheduled for my daughter was canceled by someone in the office with no explanation. I only discovered this on the morning of the appointment when I realized I hadn’t received any reminder emails and decided to call. Unhappy soon to be former patient - can't get anyone on the phone with a brain. Everyone's just doing what they're told. I give up.
I simply cannot speak to a live person when I try to report an issue. I’ve been a patient here for over six years and I’m looking for an office where I can call and speak to a real person. Very discouraging.
My provider was absolutely a wonderful professional. She looked really young, but she really knew her stuff and I’m excited to have answers to what I believe is a temporary problem.
