Communication with the office is very poor. If you’re unhappy with your results-You will pay another co-pay, even if none of what you got is what you asked for. I had something burned off my nose. It never scabbed over,it never peeled, it never changed -it was like it was never touched and the only way I was gonna have it frozen off was to pay another co-pay . I was told there’s no guarantees. I used to love this place but the lack of human interaction has taken on a whole new level here. It is impossible to speak to a human. Today I received a call asking me to call back for test results. I called the number given and it sent me to the general answering box. I have tried 3 times to get to a human! All lines lead to mail boxes that say “we will get back to you in a 24 hours”. How about giving an extension to those patients you tried to reach so we can call you back to talk about the results. Please think about you... read more
As I am changing to a new dermatologist, I wanted to state that through the years, the practice for annual body scans has been fine. However, I would NOT recommend this practice for Mohs surgery. My experience was traumatic and I will most likely need plastic surgery to correct.
The recent switch to AI has cost this practice its former charm. It used to feel small friendly and personable but now a computer will cancel your appointment if you are one minute other grace period even if you arrived on time but we’re not checking before within exactly 10 minutes of your appointment. The AI receptionist assured me that it was ok if I was running 10 minutes late. They were running late so even if I had arrived 10 minutes earlier I would still have had to wait.
