I requested a chocolate brown balayage & haircut but received a much lighter, honey-blonde result that was uneven. I raised concerns the same day & afterward but was later told I would need to pay again to correct the color despite already paying nearly $300. I was also disappointed with the haircut. I went to another salon, where the concerns were confirmed & corrected. Overall pretty disappointed with the result & how the situation was handled by the stylist.

Austin has done my daughter's hair several times now and we are always very happy with his work! Great personality and always does exactly what she asks for! I highly recommend him for color services. We drive about 45 minutes to get to him. Hes that good and consistent. The staff and other stylists are sweet and the salon is welcoming! Thank you so much!🥰
