He was communicative throughout the repair process, keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. John went above and beyond by giving me a ride to work so I'd be able to leave my car at the shop for the repairs. Highly recommend this business!

Just had the exhaust system on my car repaired. John was quick to offer me options for the repair and replacement of parts with no pressure to choose the most expensive option. Repair was performed quickly and at a fair price. I plan to use them again for additional service on my vehicles.

These guys are awesome! They went out of their way for me, took their time and know what they're doing.
John and his team at Arsenal always go above and beyond! Always making sure my son is beyond safe and ready to go for his drive to his Marine Base. This last visit included working until 11:30pm to double and triple check every detail and sound. My son has an older "dream" car and John never lets him leave until he is sure he can make the 4 hour round trip seamlessly! As a parent, it means even more knowing there are Honest and Caring business owners out there! Thank you John!
