I'm a patient of Dr. Arsen in his Manhattan office. He is the best dentist I have ever been to. His prices are very reasonable, but he gives more. He's ethical, kind, thorough, knowledgeable and generous. I had four implants done by him a few months ago and I could not be more pleased with the results. His hygienist did a great whitening job. He's also excellent with general dentistry. I highly recommend this dentist!
