Dr Malik was my psychiatrist in Clearview's residential treatment program. Appointments with Dr Malik felt like they had no continuity - each week, he asked me to talk him through the list of medications I had tried in the past and to remind him why each of them hadn't been helpful. I appreciate that he refrained from making changes to my current medication list, which too many institutional psychiatrists are over-eager to do. Takes his time to listen, and doesn’t just throw a bunch of pills at you like other psychiatrist, actually tries to get to the root cause, and gives pharmaceuticals when truly required. Best psychiatrist in Los Angeles!! So thankful I found him, has helped turn my life around! Highly recommend !
