Thieves for Technicians and Unprofessional Management Basically stole our money and did not do the work as promised. I would give them zero stars if I could. It started well with a very professional consultation and estimate so we scheduled the work to be done. However, we received a call prior to the scheduled time and were told that the guy who gave us the estimate left the company, but they would send someone to do the work. Shawn is great! Shawn from ARS did a great job fixing our AC, so we requested him to come back the next day to fix the fan motor. We were very happy with him. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and polite. If he needed help or had a question he??d call to make sure he was doing the job right. He??d show us what needed to be done and showed us everything he did. Overall, we were very happy with his work. Hopefully we can request him again in the future.
