I had a leak at my house. I called USAA and the said contact a restoration company. They came and assessed. I’ve never dealt with demolition of flooring before, so I let them in and they started. They did not tell me to cover any of my open kitchen. Dust was out of control. There was a project manager that came by and said they need to replace material. Horrible, I would not recommend them at all. They use substandard help. Work they did had to be redone and still not as good as before fire. Even the floors that their "floor expert" did over are still not good. I know they will contract in winter, but temperatures are warmer now and they are separating more

Trying to get the office to communicate is an exercise in frustration. First the person I was in contact with on multiple times took multiple *weeks* to respond to a simple email. When it was time to schedule the work, I told them a week prior to the scheduled date that I need a copy of their certificate of insurance for my condo board. They failed to send me the info so now I've had to push the work back, and I may need to push it back again since they don't know when 'corporate' will send it.

It won't return calls they don't return text until they get ready to do so two three days later I have to do the leg work for them then I can't even get the paperwork straight to someone unprofessionalall the way around
