Adam Quaddoumi was polite, helpful, explained what needed to be done, and answered my questions clearly.
ARS has gouged me for $900 to replace a $13.00 part that continues to fail. Their excuse is the heater, which was professionally installed in 2020, is not up to code and should not have been serviced to begin with. They refuse to refund $900 (minus service fee) since their repair has not corrected the problem. Do not use ARS
Adam was very professional and courteous with explaining everything that needed to be done.
Francisco did an amazing job explaining everything and did a very thorough work up of our outdoor unit and the attic! He showed me the problem areas and reassured me that the other components/parts were doing just fine with his notes/pictures. With his help, we were able to feel cool air again in just a little bit over an hour!! We are definitely satisfied with the work that was done on today.
