EDIT*Manager sent a new tech who made it right* Technician initially told me AC fan noise was coming from somewhere outside. It wasnt. Then he told me it was just dust and dirt amd needed to be cleaned. It did not fix the fan. The guy simply didn't want to be there or do ANY work. So we paid $99 for literally nothing - promised a call.back from manager after several days went by NOTHING. absolutely rip off bait and switch
