Good service and professional crew and overall experience starting from their office support personnel providing updates. Installed tankless water heater. Had a post installation issue (minor adjustment for drain pan) with heater and appreciate their prompt response handling the issue.
Where do I start? Our a/c went out Thursday afternoon. I called ARS that afternoon, and the sent a tech out to diagnose the issue. Friday comes, i receive an email stating I have an appointment confirmed for Monday July 28, between 8 and noon. At 937 am that same morning, i get a text from the tech I'd seen the night before telling me they located a condenser and to call him (the tech) and theyll get it taken care of.
