The tech tried to tell me one of the parts was not functioning at capacity. The unit is a top tier Trane & 3 yrs old. I was especially concerned with making sure the air cond line be cleared. He cut the pipe, gave a tiny puff by mouth. Made a comment that sounded negative & sealed it back. ***Since the service over a month ago, ARS calls my phone with solocitations EVERY MORNING! and will not cease or take my number off their call list. In all of my experiences, this company has been absolutely the worst! I have never been treated so poorly, told I was a liar and had two supervisors not have any concern for another human being. These people lie to keep their jobs and install units improperly and the customer has to pay the price! I want everyone in my area and surrounding areas to know never to use this company. My AC unit was acting up one year. And I called for someone to come out to look at it they said that it wasn't nothing wrong with it. The winter came so I didn't have no reason to turn on my AC but the next summer the AC unit just turned completely off. I called someone again and still had to pay for them to come but Ajmer was so nice and professional. He fixed the unit in the heat and he told me about the discounts that was available.
