This company is aweful, my wife and I thought it would be a good idea to purchase a new furnace for our house because ours was 20+ years old. After inquiring at Home Depot we were referred to ARS/Roto Rooter and quickly decided on getting the best, most expensive system installed because that's what we wanted.
