We had ARS/Rescue Rooter to do Heat/Air check up - they were on time, professional and friendly. We’ve used them before for plumbing issues, they’ve always been reliable and very fair on pricing.

I purchased a new AC system from ARS and paid extra for a 10-year labor and 10-year parts warranty. Now that problems have come up due to cut corners during installation, they’re refusing to honor the warranty. When the technicians came out on Thursday, instead of fixing the issue under warranty, they tried to sell me all new parts. I’m still waiting to hear back from ARS. I’m extremely disappointed with ARS Plumbing and their current refusal to honor the 10-year labor and 10-year parts warranty that I paid extra for when I purchased a brand-new air conditioning system from them. When their warranty technicians came out on Thursday, rather than performing repairs covered under my warranty, they tried to upsell me on all new parts and services — things I already paid to have protected.
