Upon arrival, Jose R and I walked down the side of the house to an exterior clean out. Because the cleanout wasn’t directly off the driveway, he decided if it was inaccessible. It didn’t matter that there was an unobstructed 4 foot walkway leading up to the cleanout. After calling his supervisor, he would only tell his supervisor that the clean out was in accessible, but give no further details. was sent a message to schedule my routine maintenance. I got online and booked an appointment for today between 8-12pm. At 9:22am I received a call that the tech was running behind and requested I reschedule my appointment to 12-4pm. I confirmed the reschedule and at 12pm received a call that my appointment had been cancelled because their schedule was at full capacity and they couldn't keep my appointment.
